How Do You Sleep? Your Skin Has a Preference!!

For some of us, hitting that pillow after a busy day---feels amazing!!  The last thing you are thinking about is what it's doing to your skin---right?  Well, if you skin isn't bouncing back from that good nights rest, I may have a reason for it.  How do you sleep?  Are you a back sleeper?  Side or stomach sleeper?  Believe it or not, but there's a way to help save your skin from added wrinkles before their time..
Sleeping on your back actually puts no added pressure on your face and skin.  I know sleeping flat on your back and not moving, well, it just isn't easy to do.  At least for me---I'm a side sleeper.  However, side sleepers have deeper wrinkles from your face being pressed into the pillow all night.  I've been watching this, literally took my phone and took a picture of what my face looks like on its side.   And no, it won't be posted..  But where my deeper wrinkles are---is just how my face is all pressed into the pillow..  So now guess what I try to do---yep--sleep on my back!!
